10 Minute Buffalo Wings

Wings

10 wing pieces (or 5 wings cut down)

Ziplock Bag

½ Tbsp Kosher salt

½ Tbsp black pepper

1Tbsp Garlic powder
1 Tbsp Ancho Chili Powder

4 Tbsp Flour

10 inch Pot

4 ½ cups Peanut oil

Buffalo Sauce in Mixing Bowl

½ Stick Softened Butter

¼ Cup Franks Wing Sauce

Okay it’s game day and you need some wings but don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. These are your salvation. Fresh, Fast and Delicious…no I’m not talking about you! I’m talking Buffalo Wings Baby!

PROCESS – Mise en plate your ingredients

1. Cut down the wings or place already sectioned wings into a gallon Zip lock bag.
2. Add in all the spices and zip bag. Shake it around for 10 seconds. Reopen bag and add in flour. Zip it up and shake another 10 seconds.
3. Pour the peanut oil into the large pot. Heat on medium heat for 4 minutes.
4. After 4 minutes remove wings and place into hot oil. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the wings over at the 5 minute mark.
5. In a large mixing bowl, place butter and hot sauce.
6. When the wings are done, place onto a paper toweled plate for 1 minute. After 1 minute place into mixing bowl with sauce and toss to coat wings. After wings are fully covered, plate. Serve with Blue Cheese dressing or make your own ranch.
