Don’t just take our word for it! Hear from some of our past students and customers here:

“Food was awesome and I learned some new tricks to improve my cooking skills. Dan is a great teacher and so patient. He will answer any questions you have. “Deion G.
“The food was great and very fresh, and the cooking was simple but delicious.”Bill M.
“We made French onion soup, garlic mashed red potatoes, filet mignon (with a sauce made with butter, shallots and gorgonzola cheese) followed by chocolate/expresso ice cream. We made everything entirely ourselves. I think of myself as a good cook, but I don’t think I’ve ever made such a delicious meal.”N.S.

Enjoy Food, Save Money, Be Passionate, & Love Life!

Recipes tell you nothing, learning techniques is the key – Tom Colicchio Cookbooks and Online recipes (even cooking shows) instruct what to make buts likely for 4, 6, or even 8 servings. I give you a recipe and the techniques to create a single serving, and if you need two, you double it. This one trick, breaking down a recipe into a single serving will save you money, time and clean up without sacrificing taste or food quality.
