My Plan For You
This course isn’t your typical Bobby Flay, Emeril or Rachel Ray lessons plan. This is for the everyday person who is just trying to get a decent meal out of the kitchen everyday.
No matter what your skill level, this guide will give you the basic ideas surrounding breakfast, lunch and dinner. My promise to you is that the recipes will be simple and easy to follow inexpensive both in money and time.
My hope for you is that over time, your skills will increase and you will want to experiment with a twist on something that you’ve now mastered and perhaps you both can learn together, nurturing your new love with your new found cooking skills. Who knows, maybe you’ll even have fun.
Whether you grew up with Mom cooking (or Dad) or you were on your own, it’s time to decide to do something good for yourself, good for your spouse, and good for your soul. Remember it’s not just about getting food from your mouth to your stomach. Animals can do that and they don’t even have thumbs!
You either came upon this book because you or someone close to you gave felt you could use it to better your life….and it will. It will give you confidence and knowledge in the way you provide for yourself and your loved ones.
Hopefully you’re excited to give it a go but if not, lets try to view it as a journey into modern day hunter and gatherer. You search the forest (the store) uncovering new items to eat, deciding what you feel like that day and then capturing it (ATM card) and making the trek home to mount a feast to be enjoyed by all the village – well a village of two.
